The B&B piedmont Cascina Moneia is part of a farm.
We have blueberries and fruit trees, all grown following the dictates of organic farming.
Taking into account that we are several miles away from any other crop, and that we are at a height of 700 meters where the air is not polluted, certainly our plants do not suffer contamination due to treatments given by the neighbors or from contaminated water supplies, however. In fact, our plants are irrigated with water from our source that comes directly from the mountain.
Given the above, the growth area is definitely biological.
The fruit is sold fresh and as juice or jam, taking advantage of what the forest gives us voluntarily such as elderberry juice and jam.
